Surfing - We offer surfing for beginners and improvers - Wetsuits and surfboards are provided and children MUST be able to swim confidently in order to take part. The beginners class introduces children to the basics of surfing and “catching a wave”. The Improvers course is for children who have some previous experience of surfing either with Active Schools or elsewhere. Both these courses are held at John Muir Beach.

Kayaking - Paddle Power is a national programme to encourage more children into kayaking. It gives them a structured pathway into a club if desired and most importantly is about having fun in the water. Paddle Power is held at Musselburgh Lagoons.
